Billykart West End is a restaurant and bar owned & operated by Chef Ben O’Donoghue & business partner Ben Roberts.

Set under the largest green wall in the Southern Hemisphere, our newest establishment takes the Billykart concept to a whole new level, in the heart of eclectic West End.

With changing seasonal menus paired with a selection of boutique beverages, there’s a strong focus on the origin of food to create fresh, bistro-style dishes.

Drop in for a drink at the bar or see what’s roasting on our churrasco spit grill.

There is something there for everyone, dietaries are already catered for, and you can relax knowing that there will be plenty of great food to keep people happy. Banquet and set menus are available for groups of 10+ so call us to book.


PRIVATE EVENTS & EXCLUSIVE HIRE

Are you looking for the perfect space for a product launch, corporate dinner, networking event, cocktail party or even wedding reception?

Think about it - classic Billykart style and laid back charm that makes everyone feel welcome. The venue has the warmth of a old Queenslander, but with a modern edge. It works well for both large and small events, and we can change the layout and settings to accomodate. You know the food will always be delicious, and the wine list is designed to impress. But it all begins with service, and staff who will go above and beyond to make your event a success. We can tailor a quote and customise a package for your specific requirements, all you have to do is ask.

Billykart West End can accommodate groups of up to 100 for seated events, or 150 for a cocktail event. Located adjacent to the restaurant, Billykart Bar has an outdoor courtyard and large communal bar table, and is suitable for cocktail style functions of up to 50 people.

Wine Selector's Meat Your Match Dinner

Thursday 30th August at 6.30pm

Hosted by Selector Publisher Paul Diamond, you’ll go on a food & wine journey that delves into some tried and true classics, as well as introduces some new and interesting styles that are sure to take your wine game to a new level.

At Billykart West End, Celebrity Chef Ben O’Donoghue has developed a special 4 course menu for the evening which showcases his signature laid-back style, love of fresh, local produce and distinctive flavours, all matched with eight fantastic wines.

Our burger bar is up and running!
The burger bar is open Wednesday - Saturday from 3pm 'til late. Come down and enjoy a burger, or grab one to go, and add a bottle of wine or a six pack to that order too...

BOOKINGS

We accept bookings of any size for breakfast, lunch or dinner Monday(closed dinner) – Friday. During the weekend breakfast bookings will be accepted for groups 6 people or more. Weekend lunch and dinner we accept bookings of any size, for bookings over 10 please give us a call.

One bill per table.

Credit card details are required for groups of 10 people and over. Cancellations may be made with a minimum of 6hrs notice prior to service commencement or a fee of $20 per person will be charged.
