Set under the largest green wall in the Southern Hemisphere, our newest establishment takes the Billykart concept to a whole new level, in the heart of eclectic West End.

With changing seasonal menus paired with a selection of boutique beverages, there’s a strong focus on the origin of food to create fresh, bistro-style dishes.

Announcement: We have made some changes to our Billykart Provisions space.

We would like to introduce Billykart Bar & Provisions a new and exciting bar and tapas venue. Offering an extensive wine list, rotating wines by the glass and a fantastic bar menu. Great for a pre/post dinner drink, work team drinks or a romantic date night!

We accept bookings of any size for breakfast, lunch or dinner Monday(closed dinner) – Friday. During the weekend breakfast bookings will be accepted for groups 6 people or more. Weekend lunch and dinner we accept bookings of any size, for bookings over 10 please give us a call.

One bill per table.

Credit card details are required for groups of 10 people and over. Cancellations may be made with a minimum of 6hrs notice prior to service commencement or a fee of $20 per person will be charged.
